What is a “Drop-Ship” Program?

Ok, so you are interested in selling sexy shoes online but don’t know much about the business processes…
Well, the first thing you will need to learn about is what is commonly called “drop-shipping” which means that you are working with a distributor that will actually deliver the shoes right to your customer via their warehouse. Typically, most companies offering a “drop-ship” program charge $5.00 USD per order to pull the shoes, package them and send via UPS or FedEx.
The advantage to you is that you can list 100’s or 1,000’s of products for sale on your website without having to actually purchase the inventory in advance. You just focus on promoting the products and when you receive an order… you charge your customer and then input your order in the warehouse system of your “drop-ship” distributor.
You will get charged the wholesale cost for the transaction and will charge your customer the retail cost of the sale.
And WOW… you get to keep the difference!
Keep in mind that women normally purchase more than 1 pair of shoes at a time… so your profits will add up quickly.
